Nicola's Marketplace was created to offer an artisanal line of products to its customers. We are committed to make all our products fresh and with simple ingredients. Founded by Chef Nicola, the Marketplace was started in 2021 with a mission to bring customers a delightful experience with every order. Chef Nicola is passionate about high quality and taste when it comes to creating the ultimate culinary experience.

His passion is what makes his customers return again and again. Always creating new recipes to bring out the best of local and seasonal ingredients he sources.

The Marketplace was created to share his passion with others and expand his ability to reach others. He is committed to give his customers a place they can trust to purchase high quality products. Each product is created by Chef Nicola and never made with any preservatives, processed ingredients, or fillers.

Chef Nicola was passionate about the culinary arts from his early childhood. He would spend time with his grandmother making pasta, pizza, and desserts from scratch in her basement. This built the foundation of learning the traditional Italian cooking methods passed down from generations before.

He attended the Italian Culinary Academy in Parma Italy, where he received a Grand Diploma Degree. There he learned different techniques of cooking and baking with a farm-to-table foundation that became his inspiration to start this journey. In 2012 he launched Nicola’s Pasta bringing fresh artisanal ravioli and pasta to local customers through Farmers Markets. Now he has created the Marketplace so he can offer his pasta to a broader market and further expand his line of products to include handmade cookies and biscotti.
