We source this golden, buttery lemon curd from Serramel, a family owned company headquartered near the Serra da Malcata nature reserve in Eastern Portugal. It is made with just four ingredients and no additives or preservatives. Bright and creamy, it tastes like a dose of sunshine in your mouth.
