Mis Raíces Roots DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
This versatile oil comes from Bajo Aragón, a small arid region where olive cultivation has flourished since Roman times. The small region has its own DOP designation because of the ideal conditions for growing olives and the unique varietals that grow there. This oil made with a blend of Empeltre, a rare Spanish varietal, and Arbequina olives, which are pressed within hours of harvest. Mis Raíces Roots is well balanced, smooth, and slightly astringent on the palate. It is a delicate, low intensity olive oil that is mild and fruity with hints of fresh grass and tomato, finishing with almond and walnut notes. Use it on salads, roasted vegetables, or mix in vinaigrettes. It is a perfect oil for everyday use.
